The size we provide is up to 89mm x 54mm.
We accepts a range of different formats such as GIF, PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, PSD.
– Minimum Resolution 300 dpi
– Artwork size 89mm x 54mm with + 2mm bleeding each on all four sides.
– We produce job in CMYK colour format, if your artwork is submitted in other colour format, such as RGB or Pantone, it will be automatically converted to CMYK colour format for printing.
This is the portion of your design that will be trimmed off when the cards is cut to its final size.
Bleed is required when your artwork have image or background colour extending to edge of the business card.
You may send in the files via email for less the 5mb, thumb drive, CDs, DVDs or through file transfer services such as wetransfer, dropbox, hightail, etc.
Not at the moment, but we are looking forward to offering it soon.
But we do provide artwork service for crop-mark, spot uv, hot-stamping file preparation at a small fee of $5 per artwork.
You will need to upload two files
– One for your artwork in CMYK
– Another file for your Spot UV layer in black. The black portion is the area which you want it to be in Spot UV.
Colour Discrepancy
For CMYK process printing, our acceptable standards are within 10% of the original intended colour. Colour discrepancies will occur within the same print run (Eg. The colour of each individual printout in a single print run may differ from each other by up to 10%) Colour discrepancies may also occur in separate print runs of the same artwork on separate occasions (Eg. When reprinting a print job using the same artwork used previously, colours may also differ by up to 10% even though the same artwork is being used.)

Colour Policy
The Namecard Agency produce job in CMYK mode. If your artwork is submitted in other colour format such as RGB or Pantone, it will be automatic converted to CMYK mode for printing. The Namecard Agency will not be responsible for any colour shift that may occurred when converting other format to CMYK mode.
Please not that our refund policy does not cover
• Negligence or artwork provided by customers are not clear
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images
• Design errors by the customer in the artwork creation process
• Errors due to “non-compliance” of the artwork check list
• Errors in customer selection of choice of finish, quantity or product type.
Artwork Policy
• All artwork must be supplied with a minimum resolution of 300dpi
• The Namecard Agency will not be held responsible for images that resulted in blurred or pixelated due to artwork supplied that is less than 300dpi.
• All artwork size should be 89mm x 54mm with + 2mm bleeding each on all four side.
Reprint Policy
• Please provide the original invoice and the defect business card for reprint.
• Reprint request must be make within 3 days upon receiving the business card.
• Standard processing time will applied.
• Reprint policy only cover production defect.
