1. Who are you, and what have you been doing (currently for the past 3 months, any

projects you are working on, travelling, been in a relationship)?

Karen lai, the principal of SAUCE Academy.

 

We are working on coming up with courses that can benefit the working class and people who wants

to upgrade their skills.

 

2. What’s your occupation? (If you own a business, please do elaborate more about it/ or

if it a job you enjoy, please explain more about the work that you do)

 

Currently I am also a WSQ Trainer for Tropifame where I teach and train those who are interested to

join the floristry biz. I enjoy creating the creative and handicraft products.

 

 

3. What is the story that you would like to share most with others (love, life, career)?

It will be my family or rather my mum as I have seen her build her own career and not only is she the

peak in her field but also how much she enjoys it. I am inspired by her to build my own empire

starting with SAUCE Academy, where I can put my two passion together which is flowers and

fashion.

4. What makes you happy & why?

Making a wonderful floral piece and seeing people’s faces lifting up makes me happy and I want to

help people achieve the same sense of happiness and I hope to enable people to find the same

happiness thru the courses that we will be doing at sauce ace.

5. What do you look forward to everyday?

I am looking forward to fulfilling customers’ orders and creating the pieces that not only makes them

smile but also their loved ones happy.

6. What are you looking forward to this year?

I am looking forward to go on a holiday, I love travelling. Thou I have not decided where to go, but I

do want to go somewhere!

7. What is the best advice you have ever received, and what was the worst?

Worst Advise: Leave things the way it is.

Its bad because if things are bad they should be fix and resolved not just leaving things as it is.

Best Advise: My world is in my hands, I control my life.

For example when we go for fortune telling, they read the lines on our palms. Hence its saying that

we all control how we want our life to be. There is no dreams that’s too small, but whether you are

determine to get it.

8. What would be your best advice for others?

Advise for other: Work smart not work hard.

Use the shortest time to accomplish the most out of your life.
